Instructions:
- Click the link to the left→ goes to the Blinq sign-in page
- Create a Quickbase/Blinq account (email + password)
- Once signed in, you're automatically taken into the cigarette tracker app
- You see your personal dashboard and can start logging urges and smoking sessions

Home Page:
For iPhone (iOS)
- Open the app link in Safari (must be Safari, not Chrome)
- Tap the Share button at the bottom (square with arrow pointing up)
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Give it a name (like "Cigarette Tracker")
- Tap "Add" in the top right
- The app icon now appears on your home screen like a regular app!
For Android
- Open the app link in Chrome (must be Chrome)
- Tap the three dots menu in the top right corner
- Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
- Give it a name (like "Cigarette Tracker")
- Tap "Add"
- The app icon now appears on your home screen!
