    2. Create a Quickbase/Blinq account (email + password)
    3. Once signed in, you're automatically taken into the cigarette tracker app
    4. You see your personal dashboard and can start logging urges and smoking sessions

    1. Open the app link in Safari (must be Safari, not Chrome)
    2. Tap the Share button at the bottom (square with arrow pointing up)
    3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
    4. Give it a name (like "Cigarette Tracker")
    5. Tap "Add" in the top right
    6. The app icon now appears on your home screen like a regular app!

    For Android

    1. Open the app link in Chrome (must be Chrome)
    2. Tap the three dots menu in the top right corner
    3. Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
    4. Give it a name (like "Cigarette Tracker")
    5. Tap "Add"
    6. The app icon now appears on your home screen!
